The position of Order of the Arrow Troop Representative is a youth leadership position within a unit. This Representative is the liaison between a Scouting unit and Tindeuchen Lodge. The role of an Order of the Arrow Unit Representative is to be the link between the Order of the Arrow and their home unit. Tindeuchen Lodge wants to have a larger presence and support for units throughout Erie Shores Council, and it is through the Order of the Arrow Unit Representatives that we will be able to make this change.
